Reliance Retail debuts 'Yousta' youth-focused fashion store; all products under Rs 999.

Reliance Retail has introduced a fresh and youth-oriented fashion retail concept named “Yousta,” marked by the opening of its inaugural store at Sarath City Mall in Hyderabad. This new venture offers affordable fashion options for both men and women, with a significant portion of the merchandise priced below ₹999, and most items coming in at under ₹499.

The launch of Yousta intensifies the competition in the value-driven retail market segment, as more retailers set their sights on capturing a larger share of this consumer demographic.

As India’s largest retailer, Reliance Retail has already secured the rights to global brands like Gap and operates its own retail formats such as Reliance Trends and Azorte.

Akhilesh Prasad, President and CEO of Fashion and Lifestyle at Reliance Retail, emphasized the youthful and dynamic essence of Yousta. He stated that the brand is designed to resonate with the evolving lifestyle of the country’s youth. Prasad highlighted the brand’s commitment to comprehending the ever-changing fashion preferences of India’s younger generation. Yousta’s product offerings will also be available online through platforms like Ajio and JioMart, making it accessible to a broader audience and catering to the evolving shopping habits of the tech-savvy youth.
